Macronutrients
What are macronutrients: Carbohydrates (much confusion around these too many simple ones on our menu), Amino Acids (from protein sources), Fats (these feel good especially when we eat them with simple carbohydrates), Water (see water post) and Oxygen (the air we breathe in or don’t breath in).
Cheap, Fast, Easy, and Shelf Stable foods quickly became the business norm in the 50’s post-war era. Taste was “the teaser” to get you to buy in. Behind the scenes their business grew to great heights, and the food produced and the combinations they sold it in started us all on the path to new lows. So even though the macronutrients we eat from Cheap, Fast, Easy, and Shelf Stable foods are trying to do their job of providing us the energy we need they fall way short in helping us reach our potential.
Let’s talk about how you can “Improve Your Macronutrients”.
Water & Structured Water
We take a peek into Carly Nuday’s book, “Water Codes”. Let’s talk about reducing endocrine disrupters.
Water
From Caly Nuday’s Book “Water Codes”, we learn to decrease our intake of non-beneficial water. Plastic Bottled Water has endocrine-disrupting chemicals laced in it, our tap water which has now been polluted by the Industrial and Modern Agricultural Age is loaded with toxins.
So what do we do? We increase our intake of glass-bottled water and regularly eat high-quality vegetables and fruits which contain absorbable and beneficially structured water by nature.

Portable Nourishment
On the hill, energy drops from poor nourishment. Let’s talk about keeping your energy going.Â
Micronutrients
In our modern world full of “money monkeys” “profit pigs” and “media madness” our access to good food micronutrients are in short supply. Industrial Farming Techniques and Purely Profit Motives combined to strip the nutrients from our soils and create Hollow Foods.
So fewer nutrients end up in the foods we do eat from these farming practices. Absorbing micronutirents in our bodies is becoming more and more difficult because these foods are now compromising our digestive systems and clogging our metabolic highways.
Lets explore “How To Get More Nutrients From The Foods We Do Eat”.
